Step 2. Add Your Enema

While it is not mandatory, we strongly recommend daily coffee enemas as part of your juice detox cleanse to assist in eliminating toxins from the body and prevent their re-absorption during the cleansing process.

Step 3. Need a Juicer?

Of course, the most important thing you need is a good juicer. We recommend a slow or masticating juicer for optimum yield. If you do not have a juicer, you can purchase or hire one from us here.

Step 4. Need a Blender?

You will also require a blender for your detox as some of the juices have things blended in, like blueberries and some spirulina. Nothing dense is blended in, so just a hand blender will be fine.
